In times of great stress, sometimes the only way to shut your brain off is to pick up a volume that is completely the contrary of the serious books lining your nightstand. Heart was a character that I could really relate to in some aspects. First off, she doesn't always make the all-time life choices. Too, she is one of those people who should probably not always exist drunk which simply kind of adds to the hilarity. She also is going through a phase where she hates her proper noun. You lot guys, I went through one of those phases every bit a teenager and as a little child and my proper noun is not even that bad. She is as well involved with drama club, only unlike me, she is really good at it. There's no teams to be had here you guys, you will immediately read near 1 male child and root for him for the rest of of the book. I pinky swear.
Fans of One thousand thousand Cabot and Stephanie Perkins are going to dearestEnquire Again Later. It's informal, gimmicky, and fun. It doesn't lay down an extremely heavy theme on you. It's snarky. It's hilarious. The characters are peachy. You lot are going to want to join the No Drama Prom-a Crew. You are hopefully going to love how it all ends. This really is the volume I would recommend to readers who want a pause from serious reading for something lighthearted and engaging.
